Pre-Arrangement Program

As you know, the loss of a pet is an event that many pet owners are ill prepared for. Arranging aftercare services can add more stress to an already emotionally trying time.

Willowbrook's pre-arrangement program is offered so that the aftercare of your pet(s) can be pre-planned and pre-paid. The basic services can be specified for cremation or burial preparation. The pre-arranged services you purchase now will be active until the services have been provided.

Pre-arrangement planning includes a tour of our beautiful park provided by our coordinator; at which time you will be given the opportunity to reserve your own plot location and casket or urn type. Personalized granite grass markers designed by Everlasting ® Stone are also available for purchase; with two sizes and several design options to choose from.

Pre-arrangements can be made by phoning our office at 860.282.9957. Our staff will explain our policies, procedures, and prices. Future price changes will not affect the pre-arranged services you have paid for.
